Privacy Policy

This policy explains the types of information FeedGuard may process while providing its supplier feed validation service. FeedGuard is a SkyDev product currently preparing for beta launch.

Information we process

We may process account and organization information provided when a user creates or manages access to the service. We also process supplier feed files and related mapping or review information that users upload so the service can validate changes and generate reports and export files.

How information is used

Information is used to provide, maintain and improve FeedGuard; operate account features; process supplier files; help users review feed results; provide support; and protect the reliability and security of the service.

Supplier feed files

Uploaded CSV and XLSX files are processed to provide the requested validation service. Users should only upload files they are authorized to process. FeedGuard does not use uploaded supplier feeds to make automated marketplace decisions.

Billing

When paid checkout opens, subscription and payment processing will be handled by a third-party billing provider. FeedGuard will not store full payment card details. The billing provider will process payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Operational data

Basic technical, operational and security logs may be processed to maintain the service, diagnose problems, prevent misuse and protect accounts. These logs are not intended to contain complete supplier feed rows.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, billing, email delivery and other necessary operations. We do not claim compliance certifications that the service has not obtained.

Retention and choices

Information is kept only as reasonably needed to provide and operate the service, meet applicable obligations and resolve disputes. Specific retention periods may be defined before general availability.

Updates

This is a beta privacy policy and may be updated before general availability. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date.
