Terms of Service

These terms apply to access to and use of FeedGuard, a SkyDev software service currently preparing for beta launch. By using the service, a user agrees to these terms and any applicable plan or billing terms presented during purchase.
The service
FeedGuard helps users process and validate supplier CSV and XLSX feeds, review detected issues and generate Amazon-compatible export files. The current version does not upload files directly to Amazon or connect to the Amazon SP-API.
User responsibility
FeedGuard is a review aid. Users remain responsible for checking all reports and generated files before manually uploading them to Seller Central or using them in any other production workflow. A PASS, WARNING or BLOCK result does not replace professional judgment or the user's marketplace responsibilities.
Beta status
During beta, features, plan limits and availability may change. The service may contain errors or experience interruptions. We will use reasonable efforts to operate FeedGuard reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their account access and only upload data they are authorized to process. Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload malicious content or use FeedGuard in violation of applicable law.
Subscriptions and billing
FeedGuard plans may be offered as monthly recurring subscriptions through a third-party billing provider. Beta launch pricing is shown on the pricing page. Paid checkout is not yet publicly available. Pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund information will be subject to the plan and billing terms shown at purchase.
Intellectual property
FeedGuard and its original software, website and branding remain the property of their respective owner. Users retain rights in their uploaded data and grant only the access reasonably necessary to provide the service.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on a reasonable, as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FeedGuard is not responsible for marketplace decisions, pricing outcomes, inventory outcomes or indirect losses arising from a user's decision to upload or rely on a generated file. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Amazon independence
FeedGuard is an independent software product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon and Seller Central are trademarks or services of their respective owner.
Changes
These beta terms may be updated before general availability. Continued use after updated terms take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
